This study aims to analyze the effect of lecture attendance and participation in organizations on the final grades of students of Sunan Gunung Djati State Islamic University, Bandung, Class of 2022 using the Decision Tree method. The results of the analysis show the accuracy of the prediction model is 77.78%, with a sensitivity of 100% for the "high" GPA category. However, the specificity is low because the "moderate" category is difficult to identify. Regression tests indicate that neither lecture attendance nor organizational participation statistically significantly affect students' GPA. These findings underline that other factors, such as activeness in discussions, various assignments both independently and in groups, and exam assessments such as mid-term and final exams, contribute significantly to the final GPA. Policy recommendations include the development of an academic counseling program to help students balance lecture and organizational activities and the implementation of an e-portfolio system to record achievements comprehensively. This approach is expected to improve the quality of learning and time management for students.
